Unbelieveable Experience! Best Realtor in San Diego County! Between my wife and I we have been through more than a dozen realtors (buying and selling agents) and wondered most of the time whether or not we’d be better off without one. I am an industry professional and my wife used to be so we do have a higher expectation than most. That said, I am a believer that you should actually work if you want to get paid. Shannon went way above and beyond and blew our expectations out of the water. We had a lot of bumps in the road: tenants that could not be trusted to keep the place clean for showings, an uncooperative hoa, a new baby and the prospect of the market declining again when we decided to sell. Shannon was there every step of the way and made the whole thing as painless as possible- meeting with contractors, cleaners, installers, etc. since she knew we were both working, taking care of an infant, and lived a good distance from the property we were selling. Absolutely amazing experience! She is our dedicated agent for all our real estate needs from now on.
