Shannon was actually on the job even before we had firmly decided on a course of action. In a passing conversation about our move out of state, Shannon offered her services should we decide to sell my mother’s condo. We had originally planned to keep it for our son, as we thought the market was too soft. From the information Shannon’s research provided us, we were able to determine that marketing the condo was actually in our best interest. Shannon did the rest, and long distance I might add. The condo sold quickly, slightly below our asking price. The transaction went smoothly. All in all, we were extremely pleased with the skill, knowledge, and service Shannon provided us.
